Early access terms: please read before you ask

1. 1. Free, in exchange for feedback. Early access is free for a limited number of organizations: up to 15. Nothing is sold, and you don't have to buy anything, now or later.
2. 2. One place per organization. One place covers kits for any of the three standards you choose: ISO 9001:2026, ISO 14001:2026 and ISO 45001:2018, or any combination. For each standard you choose, you get the Implementation Kit (which includes everything in the Core Kit), as it stands today. Items marked "Coming before launch" aren't built yet and aren't included.
3. 3. What we ask in return. Use the kits, or at least review them properly. Answer two short online surveys (covering every kit you chose). A short call is optional. Tell us about errors, gaps, unclear guidance, and any problems opening or editing the files in your software. Please don't send us text copied from the ISO standards, confidential information, or other people's personal information.
4. 4. Requests are reviewed, not guaranteed. A person reviews every request. Sending a request doesn't guarantee a place. We may decline a request, for example if your organization already has a place, if it's for use with clients, or if it looks automated. If you're approved, we'll email you download links.
5. 5. We may end early access at any time. We may end or close early access at any time and for any reason, even before 15 organizations have joined, and without notice, for example when we open paid sales. If we close before your request is approved, we may not approve it.
6. 6. If you're approved, you keep your kits. Closing early access doesn't affect organizations already approved: you keep your kits and your license.
7. 7. For your own organization only. You may use and adapt the kits inside your own organization. You may not share, resell or publish them, forward your download links, or use them with clients or for consulting.
8. 8. Pre-launch kits: limits. Each kit is built on its standard's published clause structure and public guidance about what each clause asks for. The kits haven't yet been checked against the official texts of the standards, and they may contain errors or gaps. They don't include the text of any ISO standard, so you'll need your own copy of each standard from ISO or your national standards body. Standard Word/Excel/PowerPoint formats; Office and Google compatibility testing in progress.
9. 9. No certification guarantee. Using the kits doesn't guarantee that you'll pass an audit or be certified. Only a certification body can certify your organization. The ISO 45001:2018 kit's safety and legal content is general guidance, not a substitute for a competent health and safety professional or for the work health and safety laws that apply to you.

11. 11. Support. Email help is available while the test runs. Replies are AI-assisted and say so.
