1. Who we are

2. The products

We sell downloadable documentation templates ("Templates") structured around the published clause structure of ISO management system standards, plus related support and update services. Templates are built on the standard's published clause structure and public guidance; they are not a substitute for implementing a management system or for professional advice.

We do not guarantee that you will achieve or keep certification. Certification decisions are made solely by independent certification bodies.
We are not affiliated with ISO, any national standards body or any certification body.
Templates do not reproduce the text of ISO standards. You are responsible for obtaining your own copy of any standard.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are calculated at checkout. To be confirmed before sales open.

4. License: single organization

On payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use, copy and modify the Templates for the internal purposes of one organization (one legal entity, including all its sites), with unlimited users. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or publish the Templates, whether modified or not, except as part of your own organization's management system documentation.

5. License: consultant

A Consultant License permits you to adapt and deliver the Templates to up to 10 client organizations as part of your professional services, including removing our branding. Each client may continue to use the documents delivered to it for its own internal purposes. You may not sell or distribute the Templates as a stand-alone product, template pack or on a marketplace.

6. Updates and support

Each kit includes 12 months of template updates and email support for the period stated on the product page. The Updates & Support Membership renews annually until canceled. To be confirmed before sales open.

8. Intellectual property

We (or our licensors) own all rights in the Templates. "ISO" and standard names are used descriptively only.
