Standards & certification
Will this kit guarantee that we get certified?
No, and nobody honest can promise that. Certification is granted only by an independent certification body after it audits your system. The kits give you a well-structured set of documents built around the standard's clauses. Your organization still has to implement it, keep records and show that it works in practice.
Do I still need to buy the ISO standard itself?
Yes. Our documents reference clause numbers and paraphrase what they require, but we do not reproduce ISO text. You should buy the standard from ISO or your national standards body so you can check requirements yourself.
Which editions of the standards do the kits cover?
Each kit is written for the latest published edition of its standard: ISO 9001:2026, ISO 14001:2026 and ISO 45001:2018. The ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 kits are not 2015 kits with a promised upgrade. ISO 45001:2018 is the current edition used for certification. ISO is revising ISO 45001. Public summaries point to 2027, but ISO hasn't announced a date. When the new edition is published, we plan to release an updated kit. Buying a kit now doesn't include a free upgrade to a future edition. The Implementation Kit for ISO 45001:2018 already includes an optional short note on topics the next edition may cover (nothing in it is a requirement today). All three kits and the integrated bundle launch together.
We are already certified to the 2015 edition. Is this useful for transition?
Yes. Replacing or updating your documents with a 2026-native set is one of the main ways organizations handle the transition. The Implementation Kit for ISO 9001:2026 includes a 2015-to-2026 transition guide (a plain-words change map and a checklist of what to update in your existing system) and the Gap Analysis Checklist for ISO 9001:2026, which scores where you stand today. Check your certification body's transition timetable; accredited transition deadlines run to 2029.
Are you accredited or endorsed by ISO or a certification body?
No. We are an independent template publisher. We are not affiliated with ISO, any national standards body or any certification body, and certification bodies cannot recommend template providers under their impartiality rules.
Using the kits
What formats do the documents come in?
Word (.docx) and Excel (.xlsx), no macros. Standard Word, Excel and PowerPoint formats; Office and Google compatibility testing in progress. The Implementation Kits also include PowerPoint (.pptx) files: for ISO 9001:2026, two slide decks and an editable process flowchart pack; for ISO 14001:2026 and ISO 45001:2018, an awareness training deck and a management review slide template. The PowerPoint files are standard 16:9 .pptx files with no macros.
Why are the kits "lean"?
Many kits are huge piles of documents, and a lot of them you never need. Ours start with a lean Essentials set organized around the standard's clauses, plus the few records auditors commonly expect, with optional extras clearly marked. Less to write, less to maintain, less to audit.
What does "genuinely integrated" mean?
All three kits share one structure. Common processes such as document control, internal audit, management review, competence and corrective action use the same procedure across quality, environment and safety. In the integrated bundle these are merged into one document set with a cross-reference matrix, so you don't have to reconcile three separate systems.
Does the integrated bundle include the Implementation Kits?
No. The bundle is one integrated document set for all three standards: the Essentials and Optional extras. The Implementation tools, such as the implementation project plans, come with each standard's Implementation Kit, sold separately. The gap-analysis checklists are free downloads, and the bundle's Read Me First points to them.
Can I add our logo and edit everything?
Yes. All documents are fully editable. Replace the placeholder company name and logo with your own and adapt the wording to how your organization actually works.
How long does implementation take?
As our own rough planning estimate, allow about 8 to 12 weeks (12 to 16 for all three standards), depending on your size and starting point. It's an estimate, not a guarantee.
Buying
What is early access?
We're not selling yet. Early access is free for up to 15 organizations in exchange for feedback. One place per organization covers kits for one, two or all three standards. A person reviews each request, and a request doesn't guarantee a place. We may end or close early access at any time, without notice; organizations already approved keep their kits and license. The kits are built on each standard's published structure and public guidance, aren't yet checked against the official standard texts, and don't guarantee certification. See the Early Access License.
What is the difference between the Core Kit and the Implementation Kit?
The Core Kit (US$490 at launch) has all the Essentials (the core documents and records, organized around the standard's clauses, including the gap-analysis checklist, which is also a free download), the Read Me First step-by-step implementation guide, and optional extras such as a manual, written procedures, templates and a clause-to-document map. The Implementation Kit (US$690 at launch) adds more optional extras and Implementation tools and 90 days of email support (instead of 30). For ISO 9001:2026 the Implementation Kit includes today: implementation project plan, transition guide: ISO 9001:2015 to 2026, annual QMS calendar and Stage 1 readiness tracker, process flowchart pack, root cause analysis worksheet, quality awareness training deck, "What the auditor will ask" guide, worked example pack: fictional example company, management review agenda and input/output checklist, management review minutes template and management review presentation template. The 9001 Core Kit already includes the internal audit program, audit checklist and management review template. The ISO 14001:2026 kit has the same two tiers, and all 54 of its documents are written, including the Implementation tools (environmental awareness training deck, "What the auditor will ask" guide, worked example pack: fictional example company, management review agenda and input checklist, management review minutes template and management review presentation template). The ISO 45001:2018 kit has the same structure: its 25 essential + 21 optional documents are written, plus 6 Implementation tools (OH&S awareness training deck, "What the auditor will ask" guide, worked example pack: fictional example company, management review agenda and input checklist, management review minutes template and management review presentation template).
What license do I get?
A single-organization license: use the documents inside one organization (one legal entity and its sites) with unlimited users. You can't resell or redistribute the templates. If you are a consultant using them with clients, you need the Consultant License, which covers up to 10 client organizations. It is not yet available (US$1,990 at launch): it opens once the license terms are published.
How is the download delivered?
During early access, approved organizations get download links by email. After launch, buyers will get a download link by email straight after purchase.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Not yet. We're not taking orders or payments before launch.
Do prices include tax?
We're not selling yet, so no tax is charged, and early access is free. How tax will be handled at launch will be explained before sales open.
What if the kit is not right for us?
There's nothing to refund during early access because the kits are free. Refund terms will be published before sales open.
Support & updates
What support is included?
We answer your questions about the kit by email: 30 days with a Core Kit, 90 days with an Implementation Kit or the integrated bundle. Replies are AI-assisted and may contain errors. Refund requests are reviewed by a person. Support covers how to use and adapt the documents. It is not consultancy or a substitute for an audit.
How do you keep the kits aligned with the standard?
Each kit is built on the standard's published clause structure and on the public guidance that certification and accreditation bodies share about what each clause asks for. It is not built on a licensed copy of the standard, so check requirements against your own copy. If we find something needs correcting, we will send you the corrected documents free of charge during your 12-month update period.
Do I get updates?
Every kit includes 12 months of updates. After the included period you can join the Updates & Support Membership (US$149/year at launch) for continued updates and support.
